Volunteer Orientations are held the first Sunday of each month at 1:00 pm at the Center. NO PRE-REGISTERING IS NEEDED, JUST SHOW UP! Volunteering at the Center also qualifies for required Community Service hours for high school students.

Volunteers are vital at the Center. As a private, non-profit agency, we rely on the assistance of caring and hard-working volunteers in all of our programs throughout the year. Volunteers make a huge difference in the lives of our animals and our staff. Cleaning and grooming a shelter animal, giving them a meal, a blanket, a walk, and a hug will touch your heart and bring you back for more.
